This website is operated by The P.S. Collection ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Use of the store

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and you may not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the site.

2. Products

Our pieces are fashion jewellery curated and imported from India. We make every effort to display product colours, finishes and details accurately, but colours may vary depending on your screen, and handcrafted or hand-finished pieces may have slight variations. Product images may be styled or digitally enhanced for presentation. Fashion jewellery is not fine jewellery unless a product listing clearly states otherwise.

Product availability is limited and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless your local currency is displayed. Prices, promotions and shipping rates may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping and any duties collected at checkout are shown before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, can't be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and The P.S. Collection name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment providers and shipping carriers). We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided "as is", and we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Allergies and care

Fashion jewellery may contain metals or alloys that can irritate sensitive skin. If you have known metal allergies, please review the product details carefully or contact us before purchasing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
