Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece from The P.S. Collection. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

How returns work

If you ship the item back to us, you will receive a full refund of the order value. If you do not want to ship the item back, we will refund your order value minus an automatic restocking fee based on your order value:

Orders under $50: 10% restocking fee.
Orders $50–$100: 15% restocking fee.
Orders over $100: 20% restocking fee.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (pouch, box or card).
Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at thepscollection15@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and let us know whether you will ship the item back or would prefer the restocking-fee refund. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at the customer's cost, unless we provide you with a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
