Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada, the United States, India, the United Kingdom and other countries worldwide.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders to Canada and the United States ship free when your subtotal is CA$75 or more. Orders under CA$75 pay the carrier-calculated shipping rate shown at checkout. International orders, including orders to the United Kingdom and India, always include a shipping charge, even over CA$75.

How long until my order ships?
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 days of launch. There may be delays at first with so many orders coming in at the same time, but we will speed things up and get orders out within a day or two. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Will I pay duties or import taxes?
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties or taxes charged by your country. Unless they're collected at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If you ship the item back to us, you will receive a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we provide a prepaid label. If you do not want to ship the item back, your refund is the order value minus a restocking fee: 10% for orders under $50, 15% for orders $50-$100, and 20% for orders over $100. Can I return earrings?
Yes. Earrings, jhumkas and ear cuffs follow the same return policy: unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund when shipped back to us.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Materials & quality

What is your jewellery made of?
Our pieces are fashion jewellery, imported from India. Depending on the design, they may feature plated metal alloys, kundan, polki-style stones, pearls, beads, enamel (meenakari) and crystals. Each product page lists the details for that piece.

Is it real gold or silver?
Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, our pieces are fashion jewellery and are not solid gold or sterling silver.

Will it tarnish?
Like all fashion jewellery, plating can fade over time, especially with exposure to water, perfume and sweat. Follow our Jewellery Care Guide to keep your pieces looking their best.

I have sensitive skin. Is this jewellery suitable?
Fashion jewellery may contain metals that can irritate sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the product details or email us before ordering.

Sizing

How do I find my bangle size?
Bring your thumb and little finger together as if putting on a bangle, then measure around the widest part of your hand with a soft tape measure. Compare this to the size chart on the product page. Indian bangle sizes are commonly listed as 2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8 and so on, and a larger number means a larger inner diameter. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size.

How do I find my ring size?
Many of our rings are adjustable. For fixed sizes, measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length. Compare it with the size guide on the product page.

Gifting

Do you offer gift notes?
Every order is packed with care. If you'd like a gift note included, add it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to include it. Prices are never included in the parcel.

Can I ship a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.

Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

What currency are prices in?
Prices are in Canadian dollars by default. Shoppers in some countries may see prices in their local currency.

Discounts

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes. For your first order, choose one offer: 10% off with code PSLIST10 or $25 off with code LAUNCH25. The two codes cannot be combined.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order from our Track Your Order page.
